It is not our responsibility if you choose the wrong scrub color for your job. It is not our responsibility if you select the wrong embroidering for your top. Embroidering is final sale no exceptions. Please allow an additional 5 days beyond your estimated arrival date given to you for your order for completion.
This logo is approved by "Lehigh Valley Health Network" and is not allowed to be altered
Complete the following steps to add embroidering to an item
- Select Quantity of Logo (1x for 1 shirt, 2x for 2 shirts, 3x for 3 shirts etc.)
- Enter your cart in the top right corner
- Click "special instructions" on the right hand side
- Note which top(s) or all tops will get your desired embroidering
